Aftermaket multimedia for 2003 Octavia

i bought a secondhand octavia and want to install a dvd for it,i foud one ,but dash board is little diffeent from my CD raidio,supplier is not sure if it could fit for my car,anyone can give me some suggestions?

I had several Octavia 1's and I have recently taken out the radio in my current Octavia 2.
So seeing this model of media player that you are currently looking at, I would expect the new media player to fit nicely in the Octavia 2 but maybe not as well in the Octavia 1 that you have.
The Octavia 1 had a square space whereas the Octavia 2 had a more trapezium-shaped space for the radio (as your right hand side image shows).

yes,supplier also said so,ummm,so better i buy a universal one,2003 octavia is too old to find a special multimedia for it.

Can your supplier get you a fitting-frame? I don't know if they exist, but if the new radio will fit in the square of the car, is all you need a frame to fix the problem.

Zenec - Touch another World : ZE-NC2041D this one might can fit for my car,dashboard looks like universal one.

I can be sure for you, It wo'n't fit!

And you should be pleased that you did not find an original system from Skoda VW that does fit in de 2003 Octavia, because it is really rubish!

If I were you I would buy a Kenwood or an Pioneer, It's looks really great!!
