Af fabriek wordt een klasse 3 ingebouwd. Er zit immers een hellingdetectie in die middels een knopje op de deur kan worden gedeactiveerd, handig voor op de veerbootjes

Klopt dat die er in zit maar zit er ook een sirene met noodstroom voorziening in anders kan hij alleen nog maar aan klasse II voldoen.

The anti-theft alarm system increases the level of protection against people seeking
to break into the vehicle. The system triggers audible and visual warning signals if
an attempt is made to break into the vehicle.
How is the alarm system activated?
The anti-theft alarm system is activated automatically when the vehicle is locked
with the key on the closed driver's door or by using the radio remote control. It is
activated 30 seconds after closing the door.
How is the alarm system deactivated?
The anti-theft alarm system is deactivated if the vehicle is unlocked by only using
the radio remote control. The vehicle is automatically locked again if the vehicle is
not opened within 30 seconds after reactivating the anti-theft alarm system.
Once you unlock the vehicle by inserting the key into the driver door you then have
to insert the key into the ignition lock and switch the ignition on within 15 seconds
after opening the door in order to deactivate the anti-theft alarm system. The
alarm will be triggered if you do not switch on the ignition within 15 seconds.

The following security areas of the locked vehicle are monitored:
• Bonnet,
• Boot lid,
• Doors,
• Ignition lock,
• Angle of the vehicle* ⇒ page 51,
• Vehicle interior* ⇒ page 51,
• A drop in voltage of the on-board power supply.
An alarm is immediately triggered if either of the two battery terminals is disconnected
while the anti-theft alarm system is activated.

You switch the alarm off if you unlock the car with the radio remote control in the
key or if you switch the ignition on.
Note
• The working life of the alarm siren is 6 years. More detailed information is available
by a specialist garage.
• Before leaving the car, check that all the doors, windows and the electric
sliding/tilting roof* are properly closed in order to ensure that the anti-theft alarm
system is fully operational.
• Coding of the radio remote control and the receptor part precludes the use of
the radio remote control from other vehicles.

Dat zou idd betekenen dat er een noodstroom op zit. Heeft iemand die een EBL heeft dan ook scm keuringsstickers er bij gekregen?

Alles zit er dus in, maar hij is dus niet scm klasse 3 gekeurd...

Ik heb gelezen op een VW forum dat men daar gewoon om stickers heeft gevraagd en dat die netjes werden afgegeven.

Klopt. Vroeger gaf ik ook die stickers mee, mocht toen eigenlijk niet. Maar ik had er genoeg over van berijders die zonder stickers wilde rijden.

SCM alarmen krijgen stikkers ( moet je plakken ) en een certificaat.
Dit zou de dealer kunnen regelen indien ze een erkend installateur zijn.

Dus zonder stickers en certificaat is het dus een alarm gelijk aan een SCM alarm.....

Op mijn vorige auto had ik ook een SCM gekeurd alarm, en op mijn huidige motor zit ook een goed gekeurd SCM alarm, dit alarm was ook vanaf fabriek maar moest iets aangepast worden om een SCM goedkeuring te krijgen, je krijgt een certificaat en die is voor de auto 3 jaar geldig en de motor 1 jaar. 1 van de voorwaarden van SCM is dat het voertuig moet voorzien zijn van de 3 hoek stikkers.
