Need help with service translation

Hey guys!

I'm living in Lithuania and just bought a Skoda Octavia from Netherlands. Together with my car came some service history records. I can translate most of it with the help of google translate. But there are some words written by hand I cannot read out. Maybe someone here could help me out and translate what work was done during the check? This was done at ~135 000km, 5 years.

Hi Andrius,

They did a standard service oil, oilfilter en filled the washing fluid
Replaced the frontbrakes (not clearly which parts exactly, brake discs perhaps ?)
Replaced the wiper blades front and rear
and cleaned the car outside and inside
