In mij Skoda Octavia iV kan ik in de Amundsen navigatie geen verkeersinfo krijgen (ik heb het wel in de Setup aangevinkt). Klopt dit, of doe ik iets verkeerd?

Het laat me maar niet los..
online onderstaande service training gevonden van een 3rd gen MIB en daarin staat dat ie TMC ondersteund (het apparaat dan in ieder geval). Zou het dan met VCDS in te schakelen zijn?

Analog radio tuner (FM/AM reception) On the MIB3, there are three separate receivers (tuners) and two antennas for analogue radio reception. As a result, station reception and automatic station search take place at the same time. In the case of FM radio, the two tuners 1a and 1b provide continuous reception of the selected station. The signal is then merged into a combined signal (diversity function). This provides the best possible reception. Tuner 2 is used as a separate tuner for continuous AM/FM station search, and to receive TMC data and monitor spoken traffic announcements. It is not used for audio reception of the radio station that is currently set. By using the continuous station search function, the radio menu on the MMI display can always show the FM radio stations that can currently be received. The station list is therefore updated on a continual basis

Ook hier weeropmerkingen van gebruikers die zeggen dat TMC “völlig weggefallen” zou zijn. Niets uit meer officiële bronnen. Volgens mij krijg ik nog wel radiomeldingen als ik dat wil - niet “völlig weggefallen” dus. Dat komt de geloofwaardigheid van de schrijver niet ten goede - of ik het het fout natuurlijk.

Hier word ik ook niet echt wijzer, al wordt wel gesproken over TA (alleen de meldingen dus, zou ik zeggen) en TMC. De auto is nu niet bij huis, maar ik zal dit weekend eens kijken welke verkeersmeldingen ik nu aan en uit kan zetten.

Vervolgens komt, @Bakkertje , de vraag op of TA/TMC (bij uitgeschakelde verbinding) de route nog beïnvloedt.
