Well, finally I've got the unit fully working with MFD thanks to the posts written by JetPipe.
I made several firmware reloads for testing. Even in one of them the unit didn't finish the process due to a CRC check I think. After that, the unit wasn't able to boot and the touch panel was unresponsive so I had to enter directly SWL mode and use < > buttons to make the selections on SWL menu.
Let's go to the solution:
What I made is open the firmware image of version 900 in UltraISO. If you go to VUCI\B101\RNSMIDEC\PROG you'll see that there are 5 .FLI files, between them are:
PQTABLE.FLI - Standard version (the one we need)
SKTABLE.FLI - Skoda version with modified gateway table (does not work with our MFD)
TOTABLE.FLI - Touareg version
What you have to do is rename the files so PQTABLE.FLI is SKTABLE.FLI. I tried to extract PQTABLE.FLI from the image file and rewrite SKTABLE.FLI with it but it gave me an error, I think cause of CRC checks at the time of rebuilding image file.
The easy way to rename it is rename SKTABLE.FLI to 1SKTABLE.FLI and then rename PQTABLE.FLI to SKTABLE.FLI. Then rename 1SKTABLE.FLI again to PQTABLE.FLI.
This way you have swapped both file contents. Then burn it on a CD and reload firmware.
If at the time of load, SWL gives you an error saying that you have a newer software version loaded, use the keys SETUP + EJECT + MIC (the one at the right of eject). Pressing this combination at the time and then loading CD in the drive will take you directly to the SWL process.
Another error that could happen it's that the unit return an CLAMP STATE error. Then, change clock in MFD from 24 to 12 or vice-cersa and try again.
